Rayen and Braden face the group of men demanding the tape, and against Rayen’s protests, Braden hands over the real microcassette. However, unbeknownst to the men, Braden utilizes his enchanted Tomahawk, Shadowlash, to magically create a copy of the tape. While the men take possession of the original, Braden secretly keeps the duplicated tape. Rayen expresses her disappointment, but Braden reveals his clever plan and presents the copied tape to her. They decide to promptly deliver the duplicate to the police, knowing they still possess the crucial evidence.
