Notes of Destiny 33
(Lolly Wants Her Lord)

To the edges of the docks,
Lolly took Fort in chains.
A sword in her hand, leading him on,
Fort was filled with pain.
She took him into a little sea shack,
Filled with tackle and fishing gear,
Then she tied him up to the wall,
But Fort showed no signs of fear.

Lolly: “Thought you could get away, did you?
I’m craftier than all of them!
They think they’re all so big and bad,
But they’re all a bunch of big dumb men!”

Lolly paced the tiny shack,
And then got in Fort’s face.

Lolly: “My beautiful little princey-boy,
We’ll have fun in this place.”

She kissed him with her sea-chapped lips,
But he immediately pulled away.
She slapped him right across the face.

Lolly: “I’ll torture you this day!”

Fort: “Go ahead and torture me.
Isn’t that what pirates do?
I will get out, and save Windy.
And we’ll get off this island too!”

Lolly made an angry face,
And put her sword to his throat.
But tears began to fill her eyes,
And she dropped it without a joke.

Lolly: “I will have my love from you.
Even if torture’s not in the cards.
I can’t hurt you, but I won’t let you go!
This is so blooming hard!!!”
