David Daniels, also known as Captain Majestic, takes his niece Dana, known as Robogirl, to the academy to recruit heroes for their own superhero team. However, they encounter a sarcastic and uncooperative staff member and realize the high cost of recruiting released academy students, leading them to leave with hopes for better prospects.
